Into the Scented Garden
Neti Pots and Neti Salt: Premium Products for the Nasal Wash
My name is Dorothy Severns and I am the founder and president of Into the Scented Garden.
My introduction to aromatherapy came in 1991 when my daughter was 8 years old and very sick with asthma and severe eczema. I was anxious to find a way to help her that was not potentially harmful. I tried a few essential oils with her, and the results were so good that I became hooked on aromatherapy, and by 1992 I was enrolled in an aromatherapy certification program. Today my daughter is in excellent health and she is fascinated by natural healing! I am a certified aromatherapist, yoga teacher, and jala neti expert.
A lot of my yoga and jala neti clients began asking me if there was a way to improve the neti experience, especially for those with sensitive nasal passages (table salt can sometimes cause a burning sensation). So in 1999 I began searching for a way to add the power of aromatherapy to the nasal wash. As a result, I developed Aromatic Salt Original Neti Salt.
I formulated Aromatic salt with highest quality, quick dissolving flaked salt and a synergistic blend of high quality essential oils. This gentle blend of essential oils and pure salt is made to be used every day as part of a healthy and balanced life style.
After years of looking for the perfect neti pot to go with Aromatic Salt, I had enough experience to design a perfected neti pot. The result, the teapot shaped green ceramic Into the Scented Garden neti pot, is beautiful and durable, it is easy to clean with no unhygienic cavities to trap dirt, and it has a specially shaped spout and handle which make it comfortable and easy to use.
I hope that you enjoy using Aromatic Salt and the Into the Scented Garden Neti Pot and that you find that practicing the nasal wash helps you to experience the radiant health you deserve!
